Delivery & Returns


With all delivery options weekends and UK bank holidays are not considered working days.

We aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible, but cannot accept any liability if the goods are delivered late due to unforeseen courier problems. We will not accept responsibility or liability for non-delivery or any other breach of our delivery obligations if such breach is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Because some of our products are made to order and/or are handmade, or there are increases in seasonal demand, there may be times when delivery takes longer. Although we aim to deliver within the time frame given we cannot fully guarantee this and there may be the unforeseen occasion where your product may take slightly longer to be delivered. We aim to keep our customers up to date should their delivery arrive outside of the given delivery date.

  • All deliveries require a signature on acceptance
  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
  • If delivery proves impossible or impractical on two or more occasions, we may need to cancel your order and deduct any additional delivery charges we have incurred from the refund; however, we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed if so required.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return your goods for a refund, please ensure the item(s) are returned in their original condition with bags and tags intact within 14 days of cancelling your order.

In order to return your goods please follow these simple steps for both UK and international returns:

  • Please email for the relevant returns address and download our [download-attachment id=”1242″ title=”Returns Form”];
  • Please complete the [download-attachment id=”1242″ title=”Returns Form”] for the item(s) you are returning;
  • Place the item(s) and the completed [download-attachment id=”1242″ title=”Returns Form”] into your box or bag (please ensure they are in their original condition with bags and tags intact);
  • Return your order to the relevant returns address obtained as per above. For your protection, we highly recommend the use of a recorded/tracked delivery service as you are responsible for the safe return of any item(s).

Please note that you are responsible for any costs for the safe return of items but this shall not affect any of your statutory rights.

Our return policy allows a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided goods are in original condition and accompanied by [download-attachment id=”1242″ title=”Returns Form”] and a copy of the order confirmation email. Goods without an email order confirmation email or [download-attachment id=”1242″ title=”Returns Form”] cannot be returned. Please allow up to 10–14 days for a full refund from the date that we receive your returned goods.

We do not offer online credit or credit notes.
